New York Managed Use Lane Study

Worked with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and feasibility of managed use lanes (MUL) throughout the New York City region. David led the development of a State of the Practice Report in MUL applications as well as a multi-tiered screening process for the selection of specific MUL corridors and strategies in the five-borough New York City area. This project is considering the application of transit-centric (Bus Rapid Transit, Bus On Shoulders), pricing-centric (HOT lanes, Express Toll Lanes), and efficiency-centric (Active Traffic Management) MUL.
