Ohio Statewide Managed Lanes and Active Traffic and Demand Management Study

Senior technical adviser for a statewide assessment of transportation corridors that are appropriate for management and operations strategies.  This study examines congested freeway segments in Ohio’s metropolitan areas of Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo, and Akron for suitability of managed lanes and ATDM treatments.   Adviser role includes targeted research and best practices documentation, evaluation of screening methodology and findings, and the development of a statewide policy for managed lanes development.
